In short
New consultations cost R1,200.00 (excluding VAT), paid by EFT. Unpaid bookings are held for 48 hours. You get a full refund or a new time if you give at least 24 hours' notice. There is no refund for a no-show.
1. Consultation fee
- New consultations: R1,200.00 (excluding VAT) per consultation.
- Existing clients: no fee, or as arranged with the firm. No proof of payment is needed.
2. How to pay

Your reference is created automatically when you book, from your surname and the consultation date (for example CONSULT-DLAMINI-13102026). Please use it exactly as shown.
Confirm our banking details by phone before you pay. Call +27 43 880 0028. Our banking details will never change by email. If you receive a message saying they have changed, do not pay.
3. Proof of payment and verification
- Upload your proof of payment when you book, or later using the link in your booking email. You can also email it to info@tshangattorney.co.za, quoting your reference.
- Unpaid bookings are held for 48 hours. If no proof of payment is received within 48 hours of your request (or before the consultation time, if that is sooner), the booking expires automatically and the slot is released. We will email you if this happens.
- We verify payments within 1 business day of the funds reflecting in our account. A proof of payment on its own does not confirm your booking; we confirm by email once the payment is verified.
4. If you cancel or reschedule
- Contact us as early as possible on +27 43 880 0028, WhatsApp 069 896 5594 or info@tshangattorney.co.za.
- At least 24 hours' notice before the consultation: you may choose a full refund or a new time.
- Less than 24 hours' notice: no refund.
- No-show (you do not attend and do not tell us): no refund. The fee is forfeited.
5. If the firm cancels, reschedules or declines
If the firm needs to reschedule, we will offer you a new time. If no suitable time can be found, or if the firm declines your booking (for example because of a conflict of interest), we refund your fee in full.
6. How refunds are paid
Refunds are paid by EFT into the account the payment came from, within 7 business days of being approved.
