The quality of our services is underpinned by the vast experience of our Founding Director, Mr Vuyo Tshangana (see photo), who has acquired experience of more than 15 (Fifteen) years from working in the private and public sector.
Vuyo was admitted as an Attorney of the High Court in 2002 and practiced as such until 2006 representing clients in the High courts and lower courts in civil, criminal and labour matters. He briefly served the in the Office of the Premier as a Senior Legal Advisor before joining Eastern Cape Provincial Treasury in 2007 wherein he led the public finance compliance unit. His experience in Treasury includes development of finance policies, serving in procurement committees, drafting and negotiating contracts at departmental and provincial level and representing Treasury in the Standing Committee on Public Accounts (SCOPA). Vuyo also has experience of serving as a Board member of a public entity and membership of Audit committees at provincial and local government level. Vuyo is also a trustee of the Eastern Cape Education Development Trust. He has a B. Proc degree from University of Port Elizabeth (formerly UPE, now NMMU), an LLM in Labour Law (with Constitutional Interpretation and Administrative Law) from UNISA and several certificates on corporate governance from the Institute of Directors South Africa (IoDSA).
